Payment methods
While placing your Order you have two options of payment:
- Cash-on-delivery (cash only) – for Courier deliveries.
If you select the payment method ‘Cash-on-delivery’, you make payment in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. It is NOT possible to pay by card. You are required to have on you the exact amount of money you need to pay (the total cost of the Order i.e. the merchandise subtotal and the shipping cost). The courier may not be prepared to give your change.
- Payment in advance – for both Courier and InPost Parcel Locker deliveries. If you select Pick-up-in-store option, you may pay only online via ‘przelewy24.pl’ portal. This form of payment requires using the site of an external service provider. The service ‘przelewy24’ enables you to transfer money to our account within a few minutes. When you select this payment method, you need to transfer the money within 1 hour from the moment you are redirected to ‘przelewy24.pl’. Please, remember that if there is no payment within this time , your Order will be cancelled automatically. The payment date is recorded as the date the Total amount of money for the Order is received by Yappco on its bank account.
Payment methods
If you wish to receive VAT invoice/receipt, please select this option while placing your Order. The invoice/receipt will be attached to the parcel with your Order.
Refunds
In case of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive the refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If you wish to receive it in a different form, please notify us.
