HOW TO SHOP IN YAPPCO

DEAR CUSTOMER

  1. CREATE THE ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THOUGH YOU MAY ALSO SHOP WITHOUT REGISTRATION

1.1. Registration

Choose ‘Sign in’, and then ‘Register’. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions of the yappco.bio shop, enter your e-mail address and password. Next, check your e-mail inbox and click on the link which has been sent to the e-mail address provided.

1.2. Signing In

Select ‘Sign In’. Your username is the e-mail address provided for registration. The password is determined by you during registration. You may change the password and to do so, you need to go to ‘My Profile’ in ‘My Account’. You may also shop online as a guest, without registering or signing in.

1.3. Forgotten Password.

Select ‘Sign In’, and then click on ‘Password Recovery’. Type in the e-mail address provided for registration. You will be sent a link which will allow you to reset your password. If you do not receive the link, please check the Spam folder

1.4 Editing of personal data

Having signed in, select ‘Account’, and next ‘Account Information’. Then you may update your details. If you do not have your account for www.yappco.bio, you may update your details via e-mail: contact@yappco.bio.

  1. ORDER

2.1. Adding a product to the basket

To order a product, select it on Yappco website and click on the icon ‘Add to basket’. You may increase or decrease the quantity of items with the icons: ‘+’ and ‘-‘respectively.

2.2. Placing an order

Select the icon ‘Basket’. It will show all the products you have chosen, their quantity and price. At this stage you may modify the content of the shopping basket (add/remove / change the quantity of the items).

The next step is to click on ‘Checkout’ and choose the method of placing the order. You may place your order ‘Without registration’, but you will be asked to fill in all the details needed for shipping every single time you place an order. If you have your account but you have not signed in, select ‘Sign in’. If you create your account and sign in, you will not need to type in your details for further orders. At this stage you will be informed about the total price of your purchase and the cost of shipping. You may choose the currency you wish to use: either Polish – PLN (zł) or European EUR (€). In case you need a VAT invoice, please select this option

At the next stage of placing your order you will be asked to select a payment method. You may choose one of the options:

  • Pay online – you will be redirected to’ Przelewy24’ site. Online payment requires using the site of external service provider – Przelewy24, where you may pay by transfer or BLIK. Should your payment be unsuccessful, you may also pay by clicking on ‘ Check the order status’ in the e-mail you receive ‘Yappco Order Confirmation’
  • Cash on delivery – depending on the chosen delivery method, you pay in cash to the courier.

Having checked you have provided precise information regarding products in the basket, city, street, ZIP code, method of shipping and payment, click on: ‘Order Now under Payment Obligation’. If you have not selected ‘Cash on Delivery’, you will be redirected to the payment platform. We cannot assure permanent availability of the products offered by the shop www.yappco.bio. The contract is binding from the moment you receive from us an e-mail notification ‘Yappco Order Confirmation’ confirming all products you have ordered are available, or a partially cancelled order in case some products are out of stock, and you have given your consent to a partially cancelled order. Up to the moment you receive the above mentioned e-mail message, your order has a status of an offer to buy the ordered products.

2.3. Shipping Data

At the stage ‘Shipping Data’ you are required to provide your first name, surname (last name), shipping address, e-mail address and your telephone number to facilitate contact for processing the order. If you have your account and you have provided the data in question in Your Profile on www.yappco.bio, they will appear in the part ‘Customer’s Details’. You may also type in a new shipping address. At this stage of placing your order you also decide whether you wish to receive a VAT invoice. Please, make sure you have provided precise and complete data. We shall not be liable for not delivering the order due to an incorrect address provided.

2.4. Order Processing

If all products from your order are available, your further confirmation is not required. In this case we will notify you by email ‘Yappco Order Confirmation’. This notification is the final confirmation of all details of the Order, and the contract between you and us is binding from the moment you receive the notification. If a product in your order is out of stock, or if there is insufficient quantity of items you have ordered, you will be notified via email whether you agree to a partially cancelled order (we will inform you which products from your order cannot be delivered) or whether you wish to cancel your Order. From the moment you receive the notification you will be required to inform us about your decision within 24 hours. If we do not get your confirmation within this time, your Order will be cancelled automatically. In case you agree to a Partial Order, we will notify you by email about the details of your modified order: corrected total cost of the order including - the price of the available products to be delivered and the shipping cost for the modified order. Any excess will be returned to you on the account from which the money has been transferred to pay for the Order. Also, if the modification of the Order results in a lower shipping cost, you will be returned the excess.

2.5. Order Details and Status

If you have an account, you may check the details of the Order and its Status on Your Profile on www.yappco.bio in the folder ‘Order History’.

If you do not have an account on www.yappco.bio and place your order as a guest, you may check the Order Status by clicking on ‘Check Order Status’ in the email ‘Details of the Order’.

2.6. Order Modification

Once an Order has been placed, there is no possibility to modify it. Until you receive the notification ‘Yappco Order Confirmation’, depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you may send a cancellation request. If the cancellation is still possible, you may do it yourself on Your Profile by clicking ‘Cancel’. You will be notified about the cancellation of your Order via email. The whole amount of the money paid for the cancelled Order will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. Please, remember you also have the right to withdraw from the contract.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1. Basic Information

While placing an Order, every customer of Yappco Shop is obliged to choose the delivery method. Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed a notification including the Shipment number and the link for tracking the shipment.

Options for shipping and delivery:

  • DHL Courier Service ( within Poland also with the option Cash-on-Delivery, and abroad)
  • InPost Courier Service (within Poland also with the option Cash-on-Delivery)
  • InPost Parcel Lockers (within Poland, Cash-on-Delivery impossible)

3.2. Shipping time

Within Poland the standard shipping time is 2 business days. Within European Union it is usually 3-4 business days. Shipping to other destinations is preceded by email contact at contact@yappco.bio determine the conditions. The time couriers deliver parcels is normally 8.00 -17.00 on business days exclusively - Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are excluded.

3.3 Shipping Costs

  • Courier, prepaid – 20zł (20 PLN)
  • Courier, cash-on-delivery – 25zł (25 PLN)
  • InPost parcel lockers – 15zł (15 PLN)

The above shipping costs refer to Orders which can be packed in 1 cardboard box and weigh up to 10 kg. If an order does not meet these requirements, you will be notified about it via email at the stage of placing the Order.

Other countries

Shipping to destinations outside European Union requires email contact at contact@yappco.bio contact@yappco.bio to determine the conditions.

3.4. Delivery

A courier is not obliged to contact you before delivering the parcel. The time of your order delivery depends on the courier’s route. Once your order has been placed, it is impossible to modify the shipping address and/or method.

If you select the payment method ‘Cash-on-delivery’, you make payment in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. You are required to have on you the exact amount of money you need to pay (the total cost of the Order i.e. the merchandise subtotal and the shipping cost) – the courier may not be prepared to give your change. Currently, it is not possible to pay-on-delivery by (credit/debit) card.

We recommend you inspecting the package thoroughly on delivery. In case the outer packaging shows signs of damage, please report it immediately to the Courier and in their presence fill in a damage complaint form, and next report it to Yappco shop.

If you ticked the option ‘Invoice’ while placing the Order, it will be attached to the parcel with your Order.

  1. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment methods

While placing your Order you have two options of payment:

  • Cash-on-delivery (cash only) – for Courier deliveries.

If you select the payment method ‘Cash-on-delivery’, you make payment in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. It is NOT possible to pay by card. You are required to have on you the exact amount of money you need to pay (the total cost of the Order i.e. the merchandise subtotal and the shipping cost). The courier may not be prepared to give your change.

  • Payment in advance – for both Courier and InPost Parcel Locker deliveries. If you select Pick-up-in-store option, you may pay only online via ‘przelewy24.pl’ portal. This form of payment requires using the site of an external service provider. The service ‘przelewy24’ enables you to transfer money to our account within a few minutes. When you select this payment method, you need to transfer the money within 1 hour from the moment you are redirected to ‘przelewy24.pl’. Please, remember that if there is no payment within this time , your Order will be cancelled automatically. The payment date is recorded as the date the Total amount of money for the Order is received by Yappco on its bank account.

4.2. VAT Invoice/Receipt

If you wish to receive VAT invoice/receipt, please select this option while placing your Order. The invoice/receipt will be attached to the parcel with your Order.

4.3. Refunds

In case of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive the refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If you wish to receive it in a different form, please notify us.

5.1. The prices of products

The current price of a product, including VAT, is shown with the product. The prices of products may change. However, when the price of a product at the time of placing the order is different from the price at the time you pay, the former is valid and binding.

5.2. Withdrawal from the Contract

Dear Customer, please remember you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your Order without the need to give a justification. You will find ‘The Withdrawal from the Contract’ form on the website of our shop in ‘Downloadables’. Just fill it in and send to Yappco shop. If you decide to use your right to withdraw from the contract, please, mark ‘Withdrawal from the Contract’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

Costs involved in returning your products in the case of Withdrawal from the Contract (the cost of packaging and shipping to Yappco included) are covered by the Consumer and shall not be refunded. If you do not collect your Order by the deadlines specified for particular delivery methods in Terms and Conditions, we have the right to terminate the Contract – determine the Contract invalid. We have the right of terminate the Contract within 30 days from the first attempt to deliver the Order. In case we terminate the Contract, you will be notified and get the refund reduced by your original shipping charges. You will receive the refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made, unless you have given your consent to a different form.

5.3. Complaints

If a product you have purchased is faulty, you have the right to file a complaint. To make a complaint you will need a proof of purchase (e.g. the receipt, bank statement, confirmation of online payment). Please, remember that on delivery of your Order you may check the parcel in the Courier’s presence.

In order to file a complaint you need to contact our shop via email or fill in the Complaint Form (you may download it from ‘Downloadables’ on our website) clearly and legibly, and return it along with the faulty product to the address: Yappco Sp. z o.o. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the purchase you return may be considered a ‘complaint’ only if the product does not match the contract (e.g. a product with faults).

The complaint shall be investigated within 14 days from the date it has been filed. The customer shall be notified about the decision concerning the complaint via email.

5.4. Security and Data Protection.

The data we have collected from you will be used to provide you with the service by Yappco via electronic means, to make and process Orders, and may be shared with third parties responsible for shipping and delivery, and other legitimate entities in accordance to the Law. Also, providing you have given your consent, for emailing you for commercial purposes, e.g. information about our products, services, sales, offers, and promotions

5.5. Newsletter

After you have given your consent to receive commercial information via electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (e.i. Journal of Laws - Dz. U. No. of 2013, item 1422 as amended), you may receive a free newsletter, which will keep you informed about promotions and other events organised by Yappco Brand and Shop.
