CREATE THE ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THOUGH YOU MAY ALSO SHOP WITHOUT REGISTRATION<\/p>\n

1.1. Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Choose \u2018Sign in\u2019, and then \u2018Register\u2019. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions of the yappco.bio shop, enter your e-mail address and password. Next, check your e-mail inbox and click on the link which has been sent to the e-mail address provided.<\/p>\n

1.2. Signing In<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select \u2018Sign In\u2019. Your username is the e-mail address provided for registration. The password is determined by you during registration. You may change the password and to do so, you need to go to \u2018My Profile\u2019 in \u2018My Account\u2019. You may also shop online as a guest, without registering or signing in.<\/p>\n

1.3. Forgotten Password.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select \u2018Sign In\u2019, and then click on \u2018Password Recovery\u2019. Type in the e-mail address provided for registration. You will be sent a link which will allow you to reset your password. If you do not receive the link, please check the Spam folder<\/p>\n

1.4 Editing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Having signed in, select \u2018Account\u2019, and next \u2018Account Information\u2019. Then you may update your details. If you do not have your account for www.yappco.bio, you may update your details via e-mail:<\/p>\n

2. ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1. Adding a product to the basket<\/strong><\/p>\n

To order a product, select it on Yappco website and click on the icon \u2018Add to basket\u2019. You may increase or decrease the quantity of items with the icons: \u2018+\u2019 and \u2018-\u2018respectively.<\/p>\n

2.2. Placing an order<\/strong>
\nSelect the icon \u2018Basket\u2019. It will show all the products you have chosen, their quantity and price. At this stage you may modify the content of the shopping basket (add\/remove \/ change the quantity of the items).
\nThe next step is to click on \u2018Checkout\u2019 and choose the method of placing the order.\nYou may place your order \u2018Without registration\u2019, but you will be asked to fill in all the details needed for shipping every single time you place an order. If you have your account but you have not signed in, select \u2018Sign in\u2019. If you create your account and sign in, you will not need to type in your details for further orders. \nAt this stage you will be informed about the total price of your purchase and the cost of shipping. You may choose the currency you wish to use: either Polish \u2013 PLN (z\u0142) or European EUR (\u20ac). In case you need a VAT invoice, please select this option
\nAt the next stage of placing your order you will be asked to select a payment method. You may choose one of the options:
\nPay online \u2013 you will be redirected to\u2019 Przelewy24\u2019 site. Online payment requires using the site of external service provider \u2013 Przelewy24, where you may pay by transfer or BLIK. Should your payment be unsuccessful, you may also pay by clicking on \u2018 Check the order status\u2019 in the e-mail you receive \u2018Yappco Order Confirmation\u2019
\nCash on delivery \u2013 depending on the chosen delivery method, you pay in cash to the courier.
\nHaving checked you have provided precise information regarding products in the basket, city, street, ZIP code, method of shipping and payment, click on: \u2018Order Now under Payment Obligation\u2019. If you have not selected \u2018Cash on Delivery\u2019, you will be redirected to the payment platform. We cannot assure permanent availability of the products offered by the shop www.yappco.bio. The contract is binding from the moment you receive from us an e-mail notification \u2018Yappco Order Confirmation\u2019 confirming all products you have ordered are available, or a partially cancelled order in case some products are out of stock, and you have given your consent to a partially cancelled order. Up to the moment you receive the above mentioned e-mail message, your order has a status of an offer to buy the ordered products.
\n2.3. Shipping Data<\/strong>
\nAt the stage \u2018Shipping Data\u2019 you are required to provide your first name, surname (last name), shipping address, e-mail address and your telephone number to facilitate contact for processing the order. If you have your account and you have provided the data in question in Your Profile on www.yappco.bio, they will appear in the part \u2018Customer\u2019s Details\u2019. You may also type in a new shipping address. At this stage of placing your order you also decide whether you wish to receive a VAT invoice. Please, make sure you have provided precise and complete data. We shall not be liable for not delivering the order due to an incorrect address provided.<\/p>\n

2.4. Order Processing<\/strong>
\nIf all products from your order are available, your further confirmation is not required. In this case we will notify you by email \u2018Yappco Order Confirmation\u2019. This notification is the final confirmation of all details of the Order, and the contract between you and us is binding from the moment you receive the notification. If a product in your order is out of stock, or if there is insufficient quantity of items you have ordered, you will be notified via email whether you agree to a partially cancelled order (we will inform you which products from your order cannot be delivered) or whether you wish to cancel your Order. From the moment you receive the notification you will be required to inform us about your decision within 24 hours. If we do not get your confirmation within this time, your Order will be cancelled automatically. In case you agree to a Partial Order, we will notify you by email about the details of your modified order: corrected total cost of the order including - the price of the available products to be delivered and the shipping cost for the modified order. Any excess will be returned to you on the account from which the money has been transferred to pay for the Order. Also, if the modification of the Order results in a lower shipping cost, you will be returned the excess.<\/p>\n

2.5. Order Details and Status<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have an account, you may check the details of the Order and its Status on Your Profile on www.yappco.bio in the folder \u2018Order History\u2019.
\nIf you do not have an account on www.yappco.bio and place your order as a guest, you may check the Order Status by clicking on \u2018Check Order Status\u2019 in the email \u2018Details of the Order\u2019.<\/p>\n

2.6. Order Modification<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once an Order has been placed, there is no possibility to modify it. Until you receive the notification \u2018Yappco Order Confirmation\u2019, depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you may send a cancellation request. If the cancellation is still possible, you may do it yourself on Your Profile by clicking \u2018Cancel\u2019. You will be notified about the cancellation of your Order via email. The whole amount of the money paid for the cancelled Order will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. Please, remember you also have the right to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\n

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1. Basic Information<\/strong>
\nWhile placing an Order, every customer of Yappco Shop is obliged to choose the delivery method. Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed a notification including the Shipment number and the link for tracking the shipment.
\nOptions for shipping and delivery:
\nDHL Courier Service ( within Poland also with the option Cash-on-Delivery, and abroad)
\nInPost Courier Service (within Poland also with the option Cash-on-Delivery)
\nInPost Parcel Lockers (within Poland, Cash-on-Delivery impossible)<\/p>\n

3.2. Shipping time<\/strong>
\nIn Poland, the delivery time is usually 2 working days. In the European Union, it is usually 3-4 business days. Deliveries to other countries are made after contacting the store by e-mail contact@yappco.bio and agreeing the conditions. The courier usually delivers parcels between 8.00-17.00. The delivery takes place only on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
\n3.3 Shipping Costs
\nThe Republic of Poland
\nFor Orders above 149z\u0142 (149 PLN) shipping is free. For Orders up to 149z\u0142 (149 PLN) shipping costs are:
\nCourier, prepaid \u2013 20z\u0142 (20 PLN)
\nCourier, cash-on-delivery \u2013 25z\u0142 (25 PLN)
\nInPost parcel lockers \u2013 15z\u0142 (15 PLN)
\nThe above shipping costs refer to Orders which can be packed in 1 cardboard box and weigh up to 30kg. If an order does not meet these requirements, you will be notified about it via email at the stage of placing the Order.

3.4. Delivery<\/strong>
\nA courier is not obliged to contact you before delivering the parcel. The time of your order delivery depends on the courier\u2019s route. Once your order has been placed, it is impossible to modify the shipping address and\/or method.
\nIf you select the payment method \u2018Cash-on-delivery\u2019, you make payment in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. You are required to have on you the exact amount of money you need to pay (the total cost of the Order i.e. the merchandise subtotal and the shipping cost) \u2013 the courier may not be prepared to give your change. Currently, it is not possible to pay-on-delivery by (credit\/debit) card.
\nWe recommend you inspecting the package thoroughly on delivery. In case the outer packaging shows signs of damage, please report it immediately to the Courier and in their presence fill in a damage complaint form, and next report it to Yappco shop.
\nIf you ticked the option \u2018Invoice\u2019 while placing the Order, it will be attached to the parcel with your Order.<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1. Payment methods<\/strong>
\nWhile placing your Order you have two options of payment:
\nCash-on-delivery (cash only) \u2013 for Courier deliveries.
\nIf you select the payment method \u2018Cash-on-delivery\u2019, you make payment in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. It is NOT possible to pay by card. You are required to have on you the exact amount of money you need to pay (the total cost of the Order i.e. the merchandise subtotal and the shipping cost). The courier may not be prepared to give your change.
\nPayment in advance \u2013 for both Courier and InPost Parcel Locker deliveries. If you select Pick-up-in-store option, you may pay only online via \u2018przelewy24.pl\u2019 portal. This form of payment requires using the site of an external service provider. The service \u2018przelewy24\u2019 enables you to transfer money to our account within a few minutes. When you select this payment method, you need to transfer the money within 1 hour from the moment you are redirected to \u2018przelewy24.pl\u2019. Please, remember that if there is no payment within this time , your Order will be cancelled automatically. The payment date is recorded as the date the Total amount of money for the Order is received by Yappco on its bank account.<\/p>\n

4.2. VAT Invoice\/Receipt<\/strong>
\nIf you wish to receive VAT invoice\/receipt, please select this option while placing your Order. The invoice\/receipt will be attached to the parcel with your Order.<\/p>\n

4.3. Refunds<\/strong>
\nIn case of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive the refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If you wish to receive it in a different form, please notify us.<\/p>\n

5. OTHER<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1. The prices of products<\/strong>
\nThe current price of a product, including VAT, is shown with the product. The prices of products may change. However, when the price of a product at the time of placing the order is different from the price at the time you pay, the former is valid and binding.<\/p>\n

5.2. Withdrawal from the Contract<\/strong>
\nDear Customer, please remember you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your Order without the need to give a justification. You will find \u2018The Withdrawal from the Contract\u2019 form on the website of our shop in \u2018Downloadables\u2019. Just fill it in and send to Yappco shop. If you decide to use your right to withdraw from the contract, please, mark \u2018Withdrawal from the Contract\u2019 clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
\nYou can share it and send it back to the Yappco store address. Please name the package as \"Withdrawal\" if you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal.
\nCosts involved in returning your products in the case of Withdrawal from the Contract (the cost of packaging and shipping to Yappco included) are covered by the Consumer and shall not be refunded. \nTo return your purchase you may use one of Parcel Delivery Services and check the charges using the following links:

\nIf you do not collect your Order by the deadlines specified for particular delivery methods in Terms and Conditions, we have the right to terminate the Contract \u2013 determine the Contract invalid. We have the right of terminate the Contract within 30 days from the first attempt to deliver the Order. In case we terminate the Contract, you will be notified and get the refund reduced by your original shipping charges. You will receive the refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made, unless you have given your consent to a different form.<\/p>\n

5.3. Complaints<\/strong>
\nIf a product you have purchased is faulty, you have the right to file a complaint. To make a complaint you will need a proof of purchase (e.g. the receipt, bank statement, confirmation of online payment). Please, remember that on delivery of your Order you may check the parcel in the Courier\u2019s presence.
\nThe complaint consists in returning the questioned product together with a legibly completed complaint protocol (downloadable "Download materials") to the correspondence address: Yappco Sp. z o. o. \nWe would like to draw your attention to the fact that the purchase you return may be considered a \u2018complaint\u2019 only if the product does not match the contract (e.g. a product with faults).<\/p>\n

5.4. Security and Data Protection.<\/strong>
\nThe data we have collected from you will be used to provide you with the service by Yappco via electronic means, to make and process Orders, and may be shared with third parties responsible for shipping and delivery, and other legitimate entities in accordance to the Law. Also, providing you have given your consent, for emailing you for commercial purposes, e.g. information about our products, services, sales, offers, and promotions
\nDetailed practises and procedures concerning storing, processing and securing personal data are disclosed in Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

5.5. Newsletter<\/strong>
\nAfter you have given your consent to receive commercial information via electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (e.i. Journal of Laws - Dz. U. No. of 2013, item 1422 as amended), you may receive a free newsletter, which will keep you informed about promotions and other events organised by Yappco Brand and Shop.<\/p>\n
